As we have known each other now almost 15 years, and I just bought my very first truck, a Ford F150 Platium having traded in and come out of a high end Range Rover, I thought I would write to you and ask you to please give a copy to the Gullo Family.

I can hold my hand on my heart and say, that many times I had considered buying a truck to haul my boat and jet ski's but always bought the high end cars for what I thought at the time was great comfort, easy to drive, and pure fun to be in, even though the boat and jet ski's went away in 2001.
From 1997 to 2012 I was wrong. Yvonne, and I can both say, the F150 is more comfortable, easier to drive, and three times the fun to be in, we never thought a truck could out perform out, out drive, out comfort a high end car, and its has done all that, and more.
If you had not appeared when I was visiting Gullo Ford on the 7th January 2012, and said as you put out your hand " I know this man ", I had just finished looking at a F150 with Jeff the sales person, I most likely would have left and gone down and bought another new style Porsche cayenne with the active suspension or another Range Rover which now cost over $ 70,000.00
When I asked you to give me your honest opinion and your reply was, Ken I am telling you, you will never drive another car after you drive the F150, my reply was ok lets see, and you asked Jeff to bring a Platinum version up as it matched the spec I outlined and we took it out for a ride.
One hour and 23 mins latter, just 15mins into the Texen game, I drove home with a new F150, Yvonne drove it that night and we both agreed, we have never driven a better preforming, more comfortable, quality finished car before, so much so its a daily battle to get the keys, and you were right and honest as you have always been in our long client releationship, which turned into a great friendship over these many years as well.
Jeff the sales person was great, he didnt push hard as most car dealerships do, he didnt try and offer me any fancy deals or spins, he simply said " lets take it for a drive " which we did and I let him drive to get the feel as a passanger first, and then I drove it around the lot to get the feel of it in tight spaces.
You and I shaked hands, deal was done, the finance person was also great and pushed the paper work through asap ( because the Texensgame had just started ),, no he was just very good and knew the process by heart.
So to think over 17 years I have spent over $ 370 thousand dollars on what I thought was the best, and got the best for under $ 48,000.00, and all because you were there and gave me your word on the car.

The above about says it all, but no it does not, your Facility and entire team were, and are outstanding, from the back lot through the service bays & department, from the car show room, to the front road entrance it is an very clean and well laid facility, and the minute you enter your made to feel like your at home.
Your team knows how to treat a customer, and do not use the roll off to another person or double team as you find in many other car dealers.
Last the hand over of our new F150 was another outstanding event, Jeff took me through the mechanics of the car, and Benjamin took me through the Electronic functions answering no matter how many times I had to ask how do you do that until it sunk in.
Two days ago I got a flat, managed to fill the tire with foam and make it up to the facility, where Rob in service took very good care of dealing with the tire replacement ( unknown to me once you fill it with foam you destroy the valve sensor and it sets up in the tire making it to costly to remove and repair )
Today I dropped the Truck off and Linda in Aftermarket had all the arrangements made for the bed liner, back cover, front sensors and install front grid, in and out in 5 minutes, could not ask for better service or treatment.
In summary, I firmly believe that everyone that walks through the doors at Gullo Ford will feel as I did, or left as I did with a new Gullo Ford. Why ? because of the people and the outstanding service and care given every day by team at Gullo Ford, and the security of a fare and honest deal and service established by Gullo Family.

Dear Mr. Gullo,
Earlier this month I purchased a new Mustang from your dealership. It was my good fortune to have met Daryle Nelson, whose help and skill made what can be an arduous process a pleasurable one indeed.
Daryle’s knowledge of his product, his calm, reassuring demeanour, and his ability to access required information quickly and without fuss are some of the qualities that made my new Mustang a pleasure to buy.
And, since I was buying a vehicle for export to Canada, where I live, there were some hurdles regarding title, registration, and licence to overcome. Daryle guided me through this process expertly, making plenty of calls on my behalf and providing the necessary temporary tags for an exported vehicle.(He even went out of his way to extend these tags when my drive back to Canada took longer than expected.)
Here is a manager whose interpersonal skills would be highly regarded by any corporation.
Gullo Ford is fortunate to have Daryle as their representative, just as I was fortunate to have him handle this deal. When it comes time to purchase my next car, I know who I will call. Thanks again, Daryle

We usually purchase vehicles from GMC and we use the same dealership everytime. We visited Gullo Ford and worked with Luke Jones. We explained we were not making a purchase that day, we wanted to compare the Ford truck to the GMC truck. Luke worked with us that day for several hours and answered every question we had about the options the F-150 had to offer. After visiting both dealerships, we came back to Gullo to purchase our F-150. Luke was wonderful to work with. Great experience, did some internet searching for info on the vehicles I was looking at. Went to Ford, (local dealer), because all info on F150's was excellent. I have a 1994 f150 with 239,000 miles and runs strong, so I didn't have any qualms about the truck. Dennis, my salesman was the only salesman from all the Ford dealers I visited that seemed to care about my purchase after I would say that I am not going to make a purchase the day of my visit. At one dealer (Champion) I was passed of to another salesman and could only talk with the fleet/internet salesperson when I was ready to purchase the SUV. FYI..I have purchased 3 new vehicles from Champion Ford in the past but probably will not go back again. It is not the same dealership I remember. Gullo on the other hand, went out of there way to work with me to get the car I wanted and was able to work around my schedule to get it ready when I returned from a business trip.
